This Spiritual LIfe Coaching program includes monthly Distance Reiki, with a Monthly Oracle Card reading.  

I offer a weekly 3 month program or a two sessions per month program for my 6 month program.

So What is Spiritual Life Coaching?  

For starters, it is not "religious", but "spiritual".  For you, that is having a personal connection to what your True Self is and having a personal connection to your own brand of awareness of Self and your connection with your Inner Guidance.  Whatever your name is for your Higher Power (God, the Universe, Buddha, Jesus, Allah, All that is, Source . . . that's up to you, it is often a connection with the essence of what truly is important in your life, for your life, and a deeper connection to your life purpose is most usually experienced during Spiritual Life Coaching. 

Spiritual Life Coaching often involves tools that are more Metaphysical in nature.  Things like Meditation, Prayer, Journaling, Affirming, Stillness, Connection, Visualization techniques, Energy Work (Reiki), Oracle cards (not Tarot), and Manifesting may be weaved into our work together. 

Clearly, Spiritual Life Coaching is not all Metaphysical and includes strategizing, planning and being supported through the achievement process.

Spiritual Life Coaching uses the tools of counseling (Rogerian, Jung, Listening Skills, Paraphrasing, Adding Insights, Goal Setting, Strategizing, Self Awareness), but it also utilizes the deeper experience of connection with a deep purpose in your life.

The philosopher Chardin has a famous quote, "We are not human beings having a Spiritual Experience, We are Spiritual Beings having a human experience."  With that perspective, that is what Spiritual Life Coaching can bring to the table and it is deep and powerful but personal to each client I work with.

Spiritual Life Coaching is not religious it fits who you are an emphasizes and strengthens developing your intuition and spiritual backbone utilizing tools such as meditation, visualization, Mantra, and/or affirmations.

 This foundation of support and connection with your own source of divine guidance (God, Source, Universe …) will empower you to navigate life's challenges with incredible intuition, confidence and clarity! 

I include my 30 day Meditation course in my Life Coaching Program which offers 60 short meditations to help center, ground, and connect with deeper purpose to your own Self!

With a Master's Degree in Counseling and decades of experience, including being named California School Counselor of the Year in 1997 and receiving the District Leadership Award several times.  I have a proven track record of helping clients overcome obstacles, achieve their goals and develop success strategies so they achieve their goals.

My credentials include the Life Purpose Institute of San Diego (a certified program) and the Deepak Chopra Center's Life Coaching full Certification intensive - which further enhances my ability to guide you on this transformative journey.  I also am a Certified Jack Canfield Success Principles Trainer.  And I am a Certified Mike Dooley Manifesting Teacher of Infinite Possibilities.  I am a Reiki Master and a Master Meditation Teacher.  I am a life-long learner and life-long helper.
