Soulful Successful/Spiritual  Life Coaching Program: 

You will meet for the number of session your program has.

The following is an approximate of what we will do each session because your sessions are always evolving and dependent on many factors, however, this gives a great idea of what we will cover.  Keep in mind, your sessions are fluid and may look a little different. 

12 session program 

You have the option of receiving a Distance Reiki Session every month: 30 min. Reiki session every month in the 6 month program and 60 min. Reiki session every month in the 3 month program  (3 hours total of Reiki in either program)

Session 1, This is where we will go over what it is you are looking to gain from your experience with Spiritual Life Coaching.  We will look at your assessments, choose what you are going to be working towards, set up your Daily Practice for Success. This first session will also get you into taking action.  

During the first Session we will address the container for your sessions so that you are easily able to Schedule Sessions, and Distance Reiki Sessions. 

 Each session is integral to your achievements, creating actionable plans, receiving accountability, momentum, and inspiration towards what it is you are going to achieve!

You will receive an assessment to help us in our first session.  The Wheel of Life, as well as a Meditation practice that is personal and comfortable for you.  You will understand the guidance and coaching that I will give and how it is coaching, and not counseling.  I help you co-create your action steps.  Ask insightful questions to help you create the best steps to take towards your goal.  In this first session you will prioritize what it is you will achieve in these 6 weeks together.  By the end of the session you will have clarity, an action plan, new insights and will receive a motivational sense of accountability towards yourself in your endeavor!

You'll share your wins for the week.  This will include steps you have taken this week towards your goals.  It will also include accountability in setting up and following through with your new (or already established) Daily Meditation Practice which we set up in our first session.

Today's lesson we jump into establishing SMART goals for your priority goals.

R - Realistic

T - Timely

Once all goals you are prioritizing (1 - 3 for our 6 weeks) are set as SMART, then we will use our TOM format of each session and demo it in real time with a topic of your choice. (This will have been introduced in session 1).  So each week's coaching will have a topic, outcome and a measurement of success.

LIFE PURPOSE:  Today's session is paramount in understanding your life's passion.  I will coach you to explore and dig so that by the end of today's session you will have come to discover what YOU know deep within you your Life Purpose is. I've been taught a few different ways to land on our Life Purpose but the Chopra method is by far my most favorite.  It takes you on a journey of exploring qualities, values, inspiration and legacy!  I know you'll love having a deeper understanding of your Life Purpose and how you will utilize it in taking action steps for the remainder of your life!

Today we utilize the concept of Meaning in the Stories we tell Ourselves during the Coaching session topic.  

We utilize awareness in asking probing questions of ourselves to discover whether the same old scenarios we have been playing and re-playing are true or not.  Do you notice certain themes that keep appearing that are familiar to you.  Do you have a certain belief (or story you tell yourself) regarding any of the challenges, problems, situations we are addressing and the goals you are working towards?

Today we establish the ability to overcome limiting beliefs and utilize a Meditation, Coaching and Self-Development to chisel away the facade of negativity that often is at the core of ourselves - that negative voice.

We will co-create an actionable plan towards your big priority goal that addresses any Limiting Beliefs so that you are using the new script to help you in achieving and moving forward!

You will share your WINS for the past week.  You will share your accountability for your Daily Meditation Practice and awareness to how it might relate to your daily ups, downs, moods.

Today I will share with you the Mind/Body connection of which you may already be aware and I will lead you on a Somatic Meditation using the body as the witness to answers it may hold deep within in relation to the goal(s) you desire and have been achieving!  Insights forthcoming!  We will delve into all insights and how you can use these insights.

Another meditation sparks the awareness of using Inner Guidance or Intuition in relation to the goal you are working on and challenges.  

I will incorporate Voice Dialogue or Binding Agreements into the session as apropos.  

You will leave today's session with a working plan of actionable steps towards your priority goal(s) and a more clear understanding of insights in using the Mind/Body connection to help you achieve what it is you are aiming for.
