About Me
I love helping and inspiring people to live their best lives! I was an Elementary School Counselor for 24 years and a Kindergarten teacher for 5 years.
After taking an early retirement from the school district, I became a Certified Yoga Alliance teacher, a Reiki Master and began hosting Yoga and Reiki Retreats in Laguna Beach, Carlsbad, Sedona, Lake Arrowhead, and Sedona. I have taught Reiki to over a thousand students and have a large following in the Inland Empire and on-line.
I am a Certified Jack Canfield Trainer, a Certified Deepak Chopra Spiritual Life Coach, a Mike Dooley Infinite Possibilities Manifesting Coach, and a Life Purpose Institute Spiritual Life Coach!

I am located in Riverside, CA and have clients all over the world in-person and on-line.
My husband and I raise and release Monarch Butterflies into the wild. We currently own two big loveable Siberian Huskies, Keanu (5 years) and Precious (13 years).

ABOUT INLAND EMPIRE REIKI
Since 2011 Inland Empire Reiki has introduced Reiki to hundreds and hundreds of people and trained many Reiki practitioners at Level 1, Level 2, Advanced and Reiki Master Level 3 and Reiki Master Instructor Level. In 2021, Inland Empire Reiki introduced the 3 month Reiki Master Apprenticeship program for Reiki Masters and has trained many Reiki Masters at the Apprenticeship Level (a 3.5 month apprenticeship for Masters!) Throughout the last decade we are proud to have played a part in bringing the healing modality of Reiki to hundreds and hundreds of clients, practitioners and also to animals.

My logo has always been one of a Monarch Butterfly for two important reasons.
After my father passed away, I began noticing Monarchs in abundance around me in random ways and for some reason, I would think of my father more so, when that occurred. It really was noticeable one day when a Monarch came in the house with my daughter and landed on her shoulder. I had her step outside and before the Monarch left, it circled her 3 times. No kidding! Then I thought to myself, this is a message that my father is looking out for my daughter! That gave me a lot of peace.
In the many years since, many more circumstances have occurred! I enjoyed a story by Wayne Dyer about a butterfly that came to him after a friend of his passed away. It stayed with him all day and even long enough for him to go home to get a camera and take a photo of it! Apparently, I'm in good company thinking that Spiritual beings can still communicate somehow through these signs!
Another reason I feel inspired by Monarchs is because of the stages they go through to complete their transformation from caterpillar to beautiful butterfly. There are a lot of lessons for us to trust the process, to let go of limiting beliefs, to go inward, take time to rest and reflect, and then to re-emerge into our full potential. When I take the newly birthed Monarchs out of their habitat for the first time after they've dried and spread and flapped their wings, it is a wonder to behold. They stay on my hand or finger for just a moment, then trusting the process, they take flight and often circle back to take one more lap of gratitude before lifting up as high or higher than the tree branches. Fly free!
