Chopra & Chakras and Reiki - oh my!

What we will be doing!

We are interweaving specific Chakras and Affirmations into our Small Group Coaching experience every session. And we will offer one volunteer the opportunity for more insights during a special one-on-one coaching experience with Marina and Jacquie.  

We have found that the Chakras work in conjunction with each of these 4 Cornerstones and we will help each participant HEAL, CREATE, ALIGN. 

During our 4th session, participants will also be led to create their own Mandala (No painting experience necessary - using a medium of your choice; watercolor, chalk, markers, etc.) as we explore the Shadow self, and have a Meditation on the Inner Child, bringing into this session more hidden realms of self with the creation of Mandala

Each session, Jacquie and Marina will also envelop you in Reiki sending out to the collective group 10 to 15 minutes of Reiki each time we meet.

HOW WE WILL DO IT

Starting on the auspicious date of 1/11 of new year 2026 we will meet for 90 minutes on Zoom in a small, intimate group.  

Together we'll Release what is no longer serving you and help you Reconnect with your  inner wisdom  

Learn and be coached to work through your own internal process on each of the 4 Chopra Cornerstones being led each week by Marina and Jacquie.  This will be coaching but in the safety net of a small group where you listen and develop your own awareness.  The small group coaching portion is approximately 30 minutes of each 90 minute session.  

Each of 4 sessions, there will also be an opportunity for one in the group to volunteer to be coached one-on-one after the group portion of each workshop.  This is a valuable opportunity for the volunteer to receive deeper work related to their specific circumstance.  You'll have the opportunity to go deeper and specifically for you!  This one-on-one session will be approximately 15 minutes and is worth its weight in gold to the individual selected.  If you are up for this, you'll let us know each week and we will choose a different woman each session, so 4 women will have the opportunity for the 1:1 coaching, in addition to the group coaching.

Sessions include:

Chakra Work/Exploration for the Root, Sacral, Solar Plexus, Anahata, Throat, Third Eye and Crown

Oracle Card Collective Reading each session (Marina and Jacquie will take turns selecting and honoring this collective energy for us each week)

Guided Inner Child Meditation led by Marina

Art Mandala experience (no prior experience necessary)

Restorative Reiki will be sent 4 sessions by Jacquie and Marina to the entire group

Each session, Jacquie and Marina (both of which are Reiki Masters and Chopra Coaches) will also envelop you in a dedicated 10 to 15 minutes of Reiki sending out to the collective group during each session, to help you integrate each coaching cornerstone you are working on for the week!

The 5th and last session together, we will have a wrap-up where we are able to share our growth, our experiences and, if you'd like, your Mandala you created the week before after the Inner Child Meditation.  This last session will be integral to the integration of Purpose, Intention, Meaning and Shadow in your own transformation.

Marina and I have offered these coaching sessions for hundreds and hundreds of dollars more privately to our clients and we are very excited to be able to offer this unique program to you in a small group coaching experience and it packs a lot of VALUE!  We are offering it at a low price we think you'll love.

As for coaching, for those who would like to volunteer to also be coached one-on-one, we will dedicate 15 minutes and choose one participant each week to receive one-on-one coaching,  in addition to the 30 minutes of Small Group coaching.  Here you can discuss your unique insights and have time for detailed coaching specific to you!
