What you'll get:

• 12 Life Coaching Sessions
• You will choose the weekly format for a 3 month program or a bi-weekly format for a 6 month program
• 3 hours total of Distance Reiki Sessions.  1 hour each month for the 3 month program or  6 Sessions of 30 minutes each, depending on your choice of a 3 or 6 month program so you are receiving a Reiki session each month you are in the program.
