I was trained at the Deepak Chopra Wellness Institute as a Life Coach and one of the most insightful exercises taught was the Life Purpose exercise. This 1 hour session brings rich insights, remarkable clarity, and new sense of possibilities!

During the 1 hour Life Purpose session I ask questions and work with you to weave in what has always spoken to your heart. Your session will culminate in a statement that adds depth and personal insights to what lights you up.
